Requirements for the Programme:
i) entry qualifications:
There are no formal prerequisites for this award. Prior experience
of the sport is helpful.
Minimum recommended age for this award is 16 years.

a maximum of 20 guided learning hours
followed by a minimum of 8 hours final assessment (optional)

Sports pitches and training rooms are available in a variety of
locations throughout Hertfordshire.

a copy of The Laws of Association Football,
an interactive CD Rom, a Club Coach DVD,

The FA Level 3 Youth Award
A
minimum of 1st4Sport Level 1 Certificate
in Coaching Football or Qualified Teacher Status and The FA

requisite. A four day course aimed at those working with
5-11 year old players who want to further their
